“Listening to it feels like searching through a pitch-black house for secret performances that slowly reveal their process. It’s nonlinear textures recall Geidi” Primes-era Grimes, with dashes of New Weird American mysticism and divine soul.....”
-Jenn Pelly, Pitchfork
"The songs on Pantheon of Me are fluid and nonlinear. They don’t oscillate between parts. They’re largely relieved of rhythmic underpinning. Instead they swell and billow outward, or else hover, wraithlike, in absorbing reveries. There’s gossamer guitar and streaks of stardust synth, beading keys and low-end murk. And sometimes the most stirring passages are spare save for one tone pulsing lighthouse-like in the distance. " - Sam Lefebvre, East Bay Express

Just a beautiful jazzy rap album with buttery smooth flows versed with huge talent. It's not only lovely to the ears, but the lyrics are profound and empowering about the struggles that she faces. zhangtastic
Married duo Emily Cross and Dan Duszynski make intense, dark, indie songs on their ranch in Texas. Those scorpions were in their tub. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 5, 2016

My god, what an absolutely incredible Suite. I'll admit, I've struggled to get into Pharoah Sanders due to diving headfirst into some of his most challenging catalogue and that never worked. This is the perfect place to restart. Floating Points is new for me and I can honestly say I've never heard synthesizer music this lush and organic before. the LSO is just perfect. This is one of those albums that any serious music fan needs in their life. The perfect swan song for the great Pharaoh! 5/5 ClassyMusicSnob
